Jim Jr. and Liz K., THF Editor-In-Chief headed out to the bogs for their first fishing trip together. This also marks the first fishing Liz K. has ever done in New Jersey. Liz K. started off notching her first NJ fish, an agressive Chain Pickerel. Jim Jr. picked up (2) Chain Pickerel of his own to round out the day. This was a truely special day that I will never forget.

Jim Jr. and Chuck B., a.k.a. 'The Crappie King', fished together for the first time in 2007 on Pemberton Lake. Boat troubles cut this outing short, but not short enough for Jim Jr. to land a small Largemouth Bass before loading the boat on the trailer and heading for home.

Jim Jr. and Chris K. loaded up and headed for the bogs after a few days of success. Today didn't disappoint either. Jim Jr. landed a total of five (5) Chain Pickerel. There were a lot of strikes today, but a low hook-up ratio at the bogs.

Jim Jr. and Chris K. decided to load up the boat this afternoon and head to a closer location. The winds had shifted the annual slop on the lake to the residential side and both anglers rigged up with Zoom Horny Toad. Chris K. put on a clinic catching five (5) Largemouth Bass while Jim Jr. kept up his end catching one (1) Largemouth Bass of his own to end a great day of fishing.

Jim Jr. and Chuck H. headed back to the bogs this evening after a great night of fishing their last night. Tonight's action was a little slower, but Jim Jr. hooked into and landed another nice Chain Pickerel.

Jim Jr. and Chuck H. headed off for Jim's first fishing in New Jersey in 2007. The anglers opted to stay local and fish at Indian Mills Lake. Unfortunately, the annual slop was present on the highway side of the lake, an area Jim Jr. has had mixed success in over the years. Jim Jr. did manage to pull in one (1) small Largemouth Bass before both anglers decided to go in search of better fishing.

Jim Jr. and Chuck H. decided to head in search of better fishing than they found at Indian Mills. It didn't take long for Jim Jr. to hook into some really nice Chain Pickerel. Jim Jr.'s first Pickerel was his best, but he handed two (2) others to end up with a total of three (3) for the evening.
